Refund policy
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds are only processed if you receive a damaged or incorrect item. Once the product is returned and inspected, the approved refund will be transferred to your bank account within 7–10 working days.
Exchange Policy
At Lavusha, we want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase. We offer exchanges only if the item received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or for size issues. Customers are responsible for courier charges in case of exchange, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Order Cancellation / Modification
All paid orders are considered final and cannot be cancelled or modified after 24 hours of placement. This helps us ensure timely processing and delivery.
