Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please inform our customer service before dispatch. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

Orders are processed quickly to avoid delays. Our shipments are dispatched daily at 6 PM, so cancellations should be requested before the first 6 PM after placing the order.
